Oh, I wouldn't recommend "morning after" as a birth-control method - of course not! But it's a good EMERGENCY thing. It's better than just waiting for the period to come.

It's a good supplement to condoms. When using condoms properly (see my earlier message in this thread) you know, whether they work or not - so you can take morning after pill when they fail.

But realize that one dose of morning after pill gives you as much hormones as about a month's worth of regular birth control pills, so it's not a good idea to do it too frequently. If you can't stand condoms, get some other form of bith control.
