Re: UTI serious enough to go to hospital?

This is deja vu. I just went to the hospital last week for the same reason. I'd say better safe than sorry and I was informed that UTI's can bring on pre-term labor. And that it was a good idea I came in. Now, I'm mid-way into my 3rd trimester, so I would end up delivering. The second trimester isn't nearly as stable as the third. I, personally, wouldn't take the chance if I was in your shoes again. It can't hurt anything to go and make sure all is well. I just got antibiotics for a week. Good luck to you.
