aspirin and vitamin b-6

Is it safe to try Vitamin b-6 and baby aspirin when trying to conceive? I've had 2 unexplained, 5 week mc's in a row and want to try something. I have heard that these can be effective if you have a luteal phase defect or a clotting disorder. They have run many tests on antibodies, hcg, cbc, LH, FSH, etc. and have come up with nothing yet. I haven't had a progesterone test, because my doctor says my lp is 14 days, and my progesterone was fine with my last pregnancy even though I was having a mc (18.9). Is this something safe to try. I already take a prenatal vitamin. Do you have any other suggestions of things that I could ask my doctor to give me to try. I don't want to go into another pregnancy without trying something different. Thanks!
