tubiligation and pregnancy...From: Tency (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri, 29 Mar 2002 23:24:18 -0600 (CST)
My friend had her tubes cut, tied and cauterized 7 years ago. Last year she became pregnant and carried the baby to 8 weeks, then miscarried. Her physician would like to do exploratory surgery to discover what happened. She does not want to do this as she would actually like to get pregnant again. Please tell me, is it possible that her tubes reversed themselves? Or is there some other explanation as to how she was able to become pregnant...? Thank you.
