My wife is 8 weeks pregnant. Age 35 years Last M period 22/01/2002. scanned on 17/03/2002 Gestational sac 6 weeks +/- 4 days. No heart pulsation detected. Repeat ultrasound after 8 days. No growth of the sac. No heart pulsations still. our OB advise repeat scan after one week. Just two days prior to missing Menstural period, she took Meningitis vaccine (Mencevax-ACWY) WE would like to know, is this the cause for this problem. Is it due to germ cell defect? What is the outcome, please let us know. Does it need evacuation or just wait. Please advise your suggestion for future course of action Regard
