mesalamine is considered safe to use in pregnancy

probably not

Also, would there be some reason I might not be able to deliver >vaginally due to this condition?

unless you have a rectovaginal fistula, you should be able to deliver vaginally (barring any obstetric indication for a c/section like breech or fetal distress) >Thank you for your help!
