I had a u/s at 5 w 3 days and all they could see was a sac. Saw the fetal pole and h/b at 7 weeks and am now almost to term! It is too early to see anything else in the uterus right now, so it sounds like everything is looking good for where you are. Perhaps your ob would do serial hcg counts to make sure your numbers are rising like they should.
