Hello, I am now very gratefully 29+ weeks pregnant with our first child. I am measuring a few weeks ahead of dates, although I appear to be carrying small (have put on 17 lbs, am a petite person).

For the last few days, I have experienced a pain between my shoulders which worsens when I take a deep breath. I haven't got any other symptoms, apart from frequent bathroom visits and interfered breathing when lying down.

What could be causing this? should I contact my midwife? (I see her next week).
