For Drs and Medical Professionals. - Sensitivity Advice?

Hi,

I've enjoyed frequenting the preg/birth forum here. I'm just going into my 3rd trim. with my first child and am comforted by the diversity and community, as well as the wealth of information provided here. My question regards the posts I've read over the past couple of days referencing the horrible grief experienced by those who have experience pregnancy loss, or are TTC. I think that we can all relate to grief, it's universal, unfortunately, at some point in our lives. But, how do you address the anger (besides acknowledge it) when it seems to be aimed at the forum in general, while still maintaining a respectful sensitivity? Not all of us are pregnant, and not all of us are TTC'ers, but we all come here for information. It's seeming very divisive. Any thoughts?
