2 m/c in a row for NORMAL couple: bad luck or sth else?

One Dr. on this forum said that 1 out of 100 Normal couple will have 2 m/c in a row. 1. Then how common is that for a NORMAL couple to have two m/c in a row due to chromosomal abnormality? We had 2 first trimester m/c at the age of 30 (DH 31) with the second being trisomy 22 and the first unknown and DH and I are normal genetically. 2. I don't know whether the first one was due to a chromosomal problem also or not but if it is (since most early m/c is caused by chromosomal issue) then why it could happen twice in a row since both of us do not have numerical or structural chromosome problem from the bloodwork? 3. We both tested for everything which would cause m/c and both normal. If the first one was not due to chromosome problem then what else could cause the abnormal development of the embryo? 4. Or did we just have back luck? 5. And how common is that chromosome defect is in the ovary or testes if not from the bloodwork? Can you please shed some light on this? Thanks a lot!
