I've had a fever for the past two days and have been taking Tylenol, which has kept it at or below 101. Other than fever, fatigue, and slightly swollen cervical lymph nodes, I feel ok- no UTI, URI or other symptoms. Do I have anything to be concerned about at this point? Could this be a sign of amnionitis or some sort of infection that could hurt the baby? Do I need to call my doctor at some point, or should I just take a wait and see approach? Thanks for the help!
