I just use a regular old digital thermometer. When I was first charting I was obsessed! Now it is so obvious to me that I'm pretty casual about it. I can pretty much do anything and still see a clear pattern, so I know longer go by the philosophy that it is some kind of rocket science dependant on precisison measurements. If your cycles are already regular, it'll be a breeze. Good luck. (And good luck to both of our husbands so they can get their @&*%! dissertations done.....).
