If your blood count is normal and their is no fever, I wouldn't see any need to rush ahead with anything. Before I read the second paragraph, I said to myself, I bet she's breast feeding. We see this kind of pattern in breastfeeding women. due to the effects of breastfeeding on hormone levels.
