As for the milk production perhaps your pump is set at
too high of a setting creating a strong suction which may
be creating too much of a vaccum which causes you to become
engorged. I never got very much from pumping as it does not
have the natural sucking action as your baby. Seeing that
you are only 8 1/2 weeks post-partum it takes a while for your milk
supply to level out which is normal. As long as your baby is having wet
diapers and bowel movements and weight gain I would not worry about your
milk supply. Best of Luck!!
