It takes about 1800 cals a day to maintain 130 pounds. During pregnancy such a person should take in 2100 calories a day and should weigh around 15-160 at delivery.. Unless you are 4 feet six 136 pounds is a pretty good weight. It is a VERY Healthy weight.
