Dose changes did affect my cycle. Especially when I took 100mg. All you can do is wait. It still may be too early to test... even though some tests say they can tell. Make sure when you are on that high of a dose that you are safe to drive. I was always feeling drunk and had to get a ride wherever I went. If you are having adverse effects to the dose be sure to watch your diet. Stay away from salt, processed sugar, red meat, fast food, and caffeine. Take plenty of B6 and eat lots of soy food. This helped me a lot. >
