Toshia,

My girlfriend also discovered her bicornuate uterus on an early ultrasound. I am not a healthcare professional, but I believe that this situation can vary in severity from one person to another. My friend's septum extended all the way to the cervix and was cause for caution and concern. Her pregnancy was closley monitored with frequent ultrasounds to check for room in the uterus. However, she carried to full term and after a sorta bumpy vaginal delivery( because of the length of her septum ) had a healthy boy. I know her Doc was very cautious about her pregnancy on the front end, so my thinking would be perhaps your situation is minimal. In any case, you should ask your Doc all about your particular situation, I'm sure his answers will make you a lot less worried.
