Dr Braun, Thanks :-) I have a quick question--if I normally never ate breakfast, would adding breakfast be enough and keep the rest of the day the same?? I started the WW program again on Jan 16 2002--I weighed 136. Today I weighed 129, so it has taken me about 2 months to lose 7 pounds. I would estimate that w/o the breakfast I normally eat about 1000-1200 calories a day. Thanks :-)
