My DH and I went to our first OB appointment and when I went to the bathroom I had dark red bleeding and what looked to be clotty substance... well I thought the worst and while I was sitting in the waiting room I was crying hysterically. When they brought us back they did a pelvic exam and the doctor said that I did have considerable amount of bleeding. Then they did a transvaginal and what did we see..our Baby..his/her heartbeat and our Baby appeared to be developing normal in length. They said that I am about 7 weeks...I thought I was 8 weeks. I am still bleeding and it is not really crampy but very uncomfortable. I am very scared and my doctor added another 2 wks which will make me on BR for a month. What is the cause? and can the outcome be normal? I had a Son with CP and my beloved Son passed when he was 7 and I wish for a healthy pregnancy.. I waited a long time to get pregnant again and now this.. Please help.. I dread going to the bathroom and looking in the toilet... Please help... Thanks in advance for your considerate help
