Safe to take Acyclovir with pregnancy and Lovenox?

Hi - I am 33 years old and 16 weeks pregnant with my first child and have been on 60 mg Lovenox injections/once daily for the last 1 1/2 months (due to previous blood clots). I had my first herpes outbreak 10 years ago and will get outbreaks 2 - 3 times/year. Before I was pregnant, Acyclovir 800mg / twice daily was prescribed to me - this worked fine, as I started the meds at the onset of symptoms (tingling) and would not get any sores/lesions. Yesterday, I felt some tingling, but wasn't sure if it's safe to take Acyclovir, especially being pregnant and being on Lovenox. Today, no tingling, no sores (yet? don't recall how soon they come after the tingling sensation since I've always taken Acyclovir) Should I bear with the sores when they come (and how long do they typically last?) and forego taking the Acyclovir or should I go ahead and take the Acyclovir? I want what's best for my baby. Please advise! THANK YOU!
