Kristina, You are not an invalid!!!! If women had to pamper themselves after sex in order to conceive the way you assume they do, the human race would not be in existence anymore. you're stresssing too much, you've only been ttc for a month right? People get pregnant when they are not ttc, they get pregnant doing hard physical jobs, and most do it without obsessing over every symptom that they dream up. If you continue like this, you are just setting yourself up for heartache when AF will most likely come in two weeks time.

I am not a doctor.
I have been through the ttc, pg, birth (of stillborn triplets) and pg loss
experiences as a layperson.
See your doctor/midwife for medical consultation,
I just give friendly tips on what my experiences were.
I am a psychology student.
