Hi,
I was due for my period yesterday and just got a positive home preg. test this morning. It was somewhat faint, but definitely positive. I also have been nauseated. This is my first baby and it has taken 15 months to get here. I have been seeing an RE and was just completing my infertility workup (no treaments yet) this week.
My ob/gyn's staff says they don't see you until you are 6 weeks along, no blood tests right now. Also my RE wants to see me first to do an ultrasound and blood test, but not until 6 weeks. This will be in 2 more weeks.
So I don't get any more confirmation until the 6 week mark. Does this sound right?
