is this pain related to pg?

i'm 1 week late. have had NO symptoms other than lite spotting. well, last night i started to feel a dull 'pain' - more like pressure - on my ovaries but not constant. it's lasted all day and tonight it has gotten more uncomfotable and more constant on both left and right ovaries (at least if feels like ovaries)

is this a normal thing to be feeling if i was indeed pg?? I keep dreading that I could have some ovarian disease which caused me to be late. I was NOT ttc. but had stupid sex all last month
