I am 18 weeks pregnant now. I am experiencing stomach pain during the evenings & nights. In fact it is in th uterus....it is not very sharp but kind of uncomfortable. This is not regular but happens once every three days. My gynec says there is nothing to worry about. Can you pls. provide me some input based on your experience. Thanks.
