28 weeks and intermittent sharp painFrom: anonymous@obgyn.netMon, 11 Mar 2002 12:07:25 -0600 (CST)
Hello, I am currently 28 weeks with our first much wanted baby. As a result I am paranoid about everything. Pregnancy uneventful this far thank goodness. I have been on my feet all day today and noticed that my muscles at the top of my tummy and below it were hurting like they have been pulled too much. For the past couple of hours I have been getting a sharp intermittent pain in the crease of my right groin, and somehow in my rectum. Baby is very active ...feels like all the time and his movements are strong. Should I be worried that these pains are my cervix dilating?? also, most of baby's movements are at naval and below, although I am measuring 2 weeks ahead...does this indicate a breech lie?? any advice appreciated..
