Jamie, That might seem like a lot of water--but it is only 8-12 glasses a day :-) I have found it easier to put myself on a "water schedule". A water bottle is usually 2 servings. So, I try to spread them out thru the day. Any drink that does not contain caffeine counts as water (as caffeine will dehydrate you). The only thing w/crystal light is that it has sugar substitute (don't know how you feel about that) and fruit juices may cause you to gain unecessary weight. I would try to aim for 75/25%. It was very hard for me to start drinking water (this is a person who might as well had an IV of Diet Pepsi plugged into her). But in the end I believe it is worth it...and I am not even pregnant yet ;-) Good Luck!
