keeping hydrated - ?????

I'm 18 weeks pregnant and due to cramping and other problems, I was told that I had to drink at LEAST 64-96 oz of water a day. My Dr.s nurse said I should know I have drank enough when my urine runs clear. First, is that possible when our prenatals change the color of your urine anyway? Second, that's a lot of freaking water!!! I haven't been able to do it yet! What else can I drink in addition to water that will keep me hydrated? Is crystal light okay? I checked the back of the label, and it has nothing in it. No sugar, no sodium, just 5 calories. :/ If that is a no-no, is juice okay (orange, cranberry, etc.)? I think I have a much better chance at staying hydrated if I can drink something with a little flavor once in a while. Could I do 50/50? Drink 50% or more of my fluid intake as water, and the rest as something else?
