I've heard so many different opinions on the safety of diet soda in pregnancy... I am so confused. I love diet soda and usually only allow one per day but some days I have 2-3 and some days I don't have any. Is this OK? I'm still drinking tons of water. I am 31w and have had 4 u/s ( 1 Level II) and they say everything is perfect. I was under the belief that in moderation they were perfectly safe but now I'm not sure.... Any advice would be helpful!
