Marlene, I've been successful with donor IUI using the following method: 1) 100 mg chlomid days 5-9 2) follicle U/S when faint line on OPT - if follicles good size then 3) HCG shot that night 9pm 4) IUI next morning (12 hours after HCG shot) at 9am 5) IUI following morning at 9am (36 hours after HCG shot which should be when ovulating after HCG shot)

I've successfully gotten pregnant 3 times using this method. Unfortunately two m/c (I'm 38 yo), but I'm praying this new pregnancy is successful. My RE recommended prometrium suppositories 3xday this time, but problems for me has been chromosome abnormalities. Good luck to you. michelle
