reflexology while pregnant

i am 20 weeks pregnant, and heading to a spa in a few weeks. i thought
that a foot massage would be perfect, due to discomfort in laying for a
full body massage. however, the spa people say reflexology can be
harmful to the baby! is this possibly true??? thanks.
