Hi there - for what it's worth, I'm also pg with my second and have a "way retroverted" uterus according to my midwife. Your uterus will tip forward as the baby grows and is usually in a normal position early in the 2nd trimester. Think of watching a balloon get blown up on a helium tank - when you see the limp balloon it falls to one side or the other, but as it fills with air it becomes straight. Also, with my first I felt movement at about 17 weeks and with this one it was the same or a little later. Depending on where the placenta is, some women don't feel movement until 20-21 weeks. Sounds like all is well! Congratulations!
