Hi there... I just saw my OB at 33wks 4days, and the ultrasound showed that my baby was in an extended breech position (or thats what my OB called it). She said that if the baby did not turn to a head-down position by 38wks, she would discuss ways of turning the baby. My 1st born had already turned at 33wks so i'm just wondering whether i can do anything to help the baby turn before 38wks. If he doesn't turn, what will my OB do at the clinic to help him turn? If that doesn't work, will I be facing the possibility of a C-section? Thanks .. adeline.
