2 questions about twin pregnancy

I am in my 7th week and just found out via unltrasound that I am pregnant with fraternal twins (saw two placentas at opposit ends of the uterus)! The heartbeat of one was 144 per minute, and the other was at 147 per minute.

Questions: 1. now that I have seen the heartbeats, is the chance of misccariage greatly reduced as in usual pregnancies, or is the stat different for twins? 2. I am 31 years old and in good health. By carrying twins, am I automatically classified as a "high risk pregnancy"? And as a result, is it customary to conduct an omniosynthesis?

Thanks.
