Congratulations on your singleton pg!!! A friend of mine popped out in spectacular fashion at 20 weeks, looking full term. However she never really grew a lot bigger and she had a healthy full term baby. As for whether there's a twin hiding, on this website there is a banner ad which shows a 3D ultrasound that indicates quadruplets that were shown to be twins on a 2D ultrasound. A hiding twin is not unheard of but probably unlikely, you should have a routine scan around 18 weeks that would probably confirm this. Well done again, I am praying for a successful pg for you!!!
