Oops. Hot baths in very early pregnancy

I am so mad at myself, and worried. I knew that very hot baths were prohibited in pregnancy, but I was thinking that it would matter more in late pregnancy, and took some very warm baths in the beginning (conception through week 5 LMP). I just read in the book my midwife gave me that baths over 100F can cause fetal damage, especially in the first trimester. The book recommends an AFP to check for damage. My husband, using a thermometer, showed me what 100F feels like, and it was a lot cooler than the baths I had taken. Is damage very likely? Thanks.
