I have been having left sided back pain for the last couple of days. It is not major, just more an ache.

It kind of goes up the length of my left side.

Does this sound like anything or just from sleeping on my left side? Or is this a digestive thing?

I once went to the urologist due to back pain, afraid it was pyelo, and he did a scan and said everything looked fine. I don't have any other symtoms, and would hate to go to the urologist everytime I have back pain especially being 6 months pregnant.
