I posted earlier this week because I was getting nervous about my appointment on Thursday with OB due to the fact that I thought I was bigger than I should be. She confirmed that I was between 9-10w but I LOOK like I'm 16w! She was very concerned about it since I had only gained 2 lbs. She told me all of her fears and concerns (she doesn't hold anything back. That's why I really like her) She scheduled me for an immediate US. (thank goodness I didn't have to wait overnight!) The US showed only one baby with a wonderful HB (167). It was confirmed that I was 9w6d, so I was only off by 2 days and my due date is 9/27 instead of 9/29. We were able to see the baby move it's little arm bud which was so cool! I thank God everything is ok. My question is, does anyone have any suggestions as to why I have grown so fast? Even though we only saw one baby, could there be another one in there hiding? Is this something I will continue to experience the rest of my pregnancy? Will I always look about double what I should?! I have a small frame so possibly this could be why but would like some feedback from everyone. Thanks for your time, Carol
