No advice but just was thinking that perhaps if your cervix is changing like that then maybe they are not braxton but real contractions? Does your Dr still think they are just Braxton? I am in a similar situation in that my changes started at 28 weeks and we decided that what I perceived as braxton were real. I was started on a low dose of brethine and modified activity. I am now 33 weeks and no further change although contractions have increased. With that increase we started taking brethine a bit more frequent. Best Wishes
