It can work with later in the day urine as well, but you'll want to make sure you give yourself a good 4 or 5 hours w/out going to the bathroom to allow urine to concentrate, and don't drink tons of liquid, which will dilute your urine. I think you should just go enjoy your wine tasting tonight. Even if you did conceive, I don't think a wine tasting will have any lasting detrimental effects at this incredibly early stage. It takes several weeks before an embryo plugs in to the mother's blood supply anyway.
