I think you should just go enjoy your wine tasting tonight. Even if you did conceive, I don't think a wine tasting will have any lasting detrimental effects at this incredibly early stage. It takes several weeks before an embryo plugs in to the mother's blood supply anyway.

Enjoy the wine tasting and test in the morning!
