Follicle Ultrasound

I am under the care of an RE and I am 30. The RE's nurse performed a transvaginal ultrsound on me yesterday. I had my LH surge the day before. She saw 3 follicles on my right ovary and 3 larger ones on my left ovary with one that was dominant. She said I would probably ovulate shortly from my left and my lining looked good. Sure enough my temp went up this morning. My question is: was what she saw normal? Am I making about the right number of follicles? I am not on any fertility meds yet. She said that it looked good, but I have to wait until next week for a full report from the doc himself. Does it sound ok?

Thanks!
