Day 13 -OPK temp 97.5 Day 14 -OPK temp 97.1 Day 15 -OPK temp 97.5 Day 16 +OPK temp 97.7 Most Positive Day 17 +OPK temp 97.8 Day 18 -OPK temp 97.9

I had a post-coital test done on Day 16 (Sex at 6:30AM test at 11:45). Doctor said things looked really good. Found 10-20 sperm on sample still swimming! I was wondering should I go by my temps or the OPK as far as ovulation? Should I do an HPT 14 days from day 14 or day 16?
