It usually takes at least a day to get a response, and some questions are skipped, but not intentionally. Please remember that the docs on this site are doing us a huge favor in volunteering their personal time - away from family and work - to even reply at all. We are lucky to have this site to post to, and lucky that these docs are here to answer our questions. A little patience and a better attitude will go a long way.

Best of luck, hope you find the answer you are looking for. Try searching the archives - many of our questions have been answered before. In any case, you should also have a local doc providing you with care.
