All fetuses have a Nuchal Translucency. I don't have the table available for reference at home unfortunately.

It increeases as the baby grows.

This is not uncommon too be seen and also not uncommon is a cord around the neck of a perfectly healthy baby being born. When the fetus is small, there aren't too many places for the cord to be.
