Progesterone can be that high with just a normal ovulation. However it could indicate multiple ovulation like in 2 or 3 or 4 eggs. This does happen with clomid. At 6 days post ovulation, the hCG would not yet be positive because the zygote would not yet have implanted. If a pregnancy occurred, the hCG should turn positive around 10 days post ovulation.
