I have an unusual (I think) situation. I am 6 months postpartum after a tramatic delivery using forceps(Cord problem) and alot of tearing. I am on my fifth period following the birth of my daughter and swear that there is actaully flow coming from my anus as well as my vagina. Not when I wipe, but actual flow. Is this possible? Could there be a tear somewhere? My doctor looks at me like I'm nuts when I ask. My periods are very heavy now, but he claims thats normal. Any ideas?
