No, you should not be concerned! Sounds as if you have had a fine u/s, baby is growing right on the mark, and active. As for heart rate, I personally do not care for the home doppler. I think people can have the tendency to get to obsessed with it. Yes it is a wonderful sound to hear your baby's heart beat, but it can make you paranoid to keep checking it. I would relax and enjoy this wonderful time in your life!
