I conceived my 2 1/2 year old son when we had intercourse on sunday and i didnt get my temp rise til friday, making it that sperm lived 4 days. I know for sure i ovulated on thursday as i am a huge natural family planner and i used my cervical position, and cervical pattern and the temp rise to tell me when i ovulated. The only reason we didnt have intercourse cloder to O was because my husband caught a terrible cold, so i thought for sure that cycle was out, but sure enough at 11 DPO i got a strong dark line and a precious blonde blue eyed baby boy. Good luck to you!
