Clomid changed my cycle a little and I have friends who experienced the same thing. Here is some advice you haven't asked for but as a fellow infertility patient will share (I tell everyone who is on clomid and doing iui....)

Eat and drink a lot of soy products, stay off caffeine, sugar, and junk food. Take plenty of B6. I always felt drunk on clomid. I didn't even feel safe to drive. I got a ride everywhere I went. The limited diet helped enough to get me through the work day. If I went off of it, I could tell immediately.

If you continue to do iui and do not get pregnant after a few of them, ask for a laperoscopy. Maybe you have some pain in your ovary area.... hint hint.... Insurances cover laperoscopies done for pain.

I used clomid for over a year and did 5 iui's. It appeared that I was ovulating. Finally, I asked for the laperoscopy and they discovered endometriosis. I was at the stage that hindered ovulation and fertilization. One month past surgery I got pregnant. My little boy is due next month.

Never give up. All my friends who kept going no matter what eventually got their babe. The ones who gave up didn't. Good luck!!!!
