Baby movement at 30 weeks - checked archivesFrom: Amanda (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 19 Feb 2002 11:04:35 -0600 (CST)
Hello, I did search the archives but did not find a post quite similar enough for comfort...I am 30 weeks into my pregnancy and my baby has been very very still for the last 2 days. I still have my home dopplar, so I checked her h/b last night and this morning and it was in the 140s, which is where it usually is. I also did a fetal kick count after dinner and she very obligingly moved 10 times in 1 hour. However, that is the most I've felt her move and it just doesn't seem right for her. Today I've gotten a few twitches down in my lower belly above my hip bone like she was moving a hand a bit, but no wiggles or shifting, just a tiny little twitch here and there. I do have a call into my ob's office to see what they think, but haven't heard back. She has been very active, I've never had to worry like this about her moving around and I don't remember my first baby ever being so listless. I'd appreciate any opinions while I'm waiting to hear from my regular ob. Thanks
-- Amanda
