you ask a difficult question, it is they're not a lot of studies using Misoprostol alone. Most studies used either Methotrexate or Mifepristone (RU-486). The European literature suggests 100 micrograms of Misoprostol has a 90 percent success rate. Note that all studies use of a maximum date of 42 days from the time of last menstrual period.
